Our Expertise
As artists trained in one of England’s oldest studios, James Clark & Eaton, founded in 1788, and mentored by two renowned stained glass artists, Roy Coomber FMGP SGAA and James Crombie ARCA AMGP, we understand exceptional design and the importance of artistic ability allied with quality craftsmanship. We specialise in traditional and contemporary glass painting using materials of superior quality imported from all over Europe and North America, and combined here at our Vancouver studio on Canada’s West Coast. We create crafted and original art that can influence your architectural setting in a way no other medium can.
Gilroy Stained Glass is a member of the Craft Council of British Columbia, and an elected Associate of the British Society of Master Glass Painters.
We have recently featured in the Fall edition of the Stained Glass Association of America’s quarterly magazine, and in the September issue of the BC Catholic newspaper - these articles can be seen on our blog page.

Our Services
We offer uniquely designed and exceptionally produced artwork, with a knowledgeable and professional service. We create ecclesiastical, residential and commercial stained glass to commission, and we are able to restore all ages and styles of stained glass.
We also enjoy teaching glass painting classes, held at our Vancouver studio, and due to our training in England, we feel it is our turn to pass on the skills and techniques which were once almost exclusive to the ecclesiastical artist.
