Project Overview:
To create a window of Bl. Joseph Allamano, founder of the Consolata Missionaries. The community was founded in 1901 and is currently present in 25 countries. It is named after the shrine of Our Lady of Consolata in Turin, Italy.
Concept to Completion:
We decided to depict Fr. Allamano with figures representing 5 continents - Africa, Europe, Asia, South America and North America. The Consolata Icon is shown in the background, while an appropriate descriptive text was chosen to read: “A life in Community and Communion”. This window is very relevant for the multi ethnic community in which it is installed.
