St Mary’s Clerestory Windows

We are really pleased to have recently installed our 20th and 21st clerestory windows for St Mary’s Kerrisdale – only one left now waiting for a special benefactor.

The first of these windows that we were commissioned to make was back in 2007 and depicted St Brigid. Over the years since, we have had many of the benefactors come into our studio to see the process of painting authentic stained glass and to understand a little more of what goes into the creation of this art work. A couple of weeks ago we were delighted to welcome the benefactors of the St Thomas window for a tour of our studio and an up close look at their window. It was lovely to be able to do this again as the last St Mary’s commissions before this were during Covid and everything had to be done remotely – zoom meetings don’t quite replicate the studio experience!
